Belluno is a small family restaurant in Bideford. This website is mostly static and is here to share our story, menu, and how to find us. We collect very little personal data, do not run advertising trackers, and do not sell information to anyone.
What this site does
Contact information. The contact page shows our address, phone number, and email, and a reservation form. When you submit the form, your details are emailed to the restaurant via Resend and kept only as long as needed to confirm and follow up on your booking. If you call or email us directly, your message reaches us on those services and we keep it for the same purpose.
Google Maps. Our contact page can show an embedded Google Map of the restaurant. Google's map is only loaded after you click "Show map". Once loaded, Google will see your IP address and may set its own cookies; this is governed by Google's privacy policy.
Webfonts. The site uses two webfonts (Cormorant Garamond and Lora) served by Google Fonts. Your browser fetches these from Google's CDN, which means Google may see your IP address when the page first loads.
Tailwind CSS. Some styling is loaded from cdn.tailwindcss.com. Your browser sees the same kind of CDN request as for fonts.
Admin login. Members of staff who edit this site use a password-protected admin area. When they sign in, a secure session cookie is set on their own browser. Visitors never have this cookie set.
Consent flag. A tiny entry in your browser's local storage remembers whether you chose "Essential only" or "Accept all" on our cookie banner, so we don't show the banner every time you visit.
Hosting logs. Our host (Vercel) keeps short-lived request logs (IP, user-agent, path) for security and abuse prevention.
What we don't do
No advertising, retargeting, or behavioural tracking.
Vercel Web Analytics is enabled for aggregate, cookie-free page-view counts. No individual visitor is identified or profiled.
No sharing or selling of any personal data.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we are not handling your data properly. Most of what we hold is correspondence you have sent us — we'll happily delete it on request.
Cookies
We only set one tiny technical entry (the consent flag described above). Google Maps and Google Fonts may set their own cookies once loaded; you control whether those load via the cookie banner at the bottom of the page, or by clicking the buttons below.

Informazioni di contatto. La pagina contatti mostra il nostro indirizzo, telefono ed email, e un modulo di prenotazione. Quando invii il modulo, i tuoi dati ci arrivano via email tramite Resend e li conserviamo solo per il tempo necessario a confermare la prenotazione. Se ci chiami o ci scrivi via email, il messaggio ci arriva su quei servizi e lo conserviamo allo stesso scopo.
Google Maps. Sulla pagina contatti puoi visualizzare una mappa Google del ristorante. La mappa viene caricata solo dopo aver cliccato "Mostra mappa". Una volta caricata, Google vedrà il tuo indirizzo IP e potrà impostare i propri cookie, secondo l'informativa privacy di Google.
Font web. Il sito usa due font (Cormorant Garamond e Lora) serviti da Google Fonts. Il browser li scarica dalla CDN di Google, che potrà vedere il tuo indirizzo IP.
Tailwind CSS. Parte degli stili è caricata da cdn.tailwindcss.com: una richiesta CDN analoga a quella dei font.
Login amministratore. Lo staff che aggiorna il sito accede tramite un'area protetta da password. All'accesso viene impostato un cookie di sessione sicuro sul loro browser. I visitatori non lo ricevono mai.
Preferenza di consenso. Una piccola voce nello storage locale del browser ricorda la tua scelta sul banner cookie, così non lo rimostriamo a ogni visita.
Log dell'hosting. Il nostro host (Vercel) conserva brevemente log di richiesta (IP, user-agent, percorso) per sicurezza e prevenzione abusi.
Cosa NON facciamo
Nessuna pubblicità, retargeting o tracciamento comportamentale.
È attivo Vercel Web Analytics per conteggi aggregati e senza cookie delle visite. Nessun visitatore viene identificato o profilato.
